Suez Canal
University (FOM/SCU), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and
the Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with Africa (EFTCA), agreed to work
together to establish training courses for human development in health
sector and total quality management under JICA's Third-Country Training
Program (TCTP). The first established course was directed to clinical
immunology of infectious diseases. . Followed by another course, total
Quality Management for health care facilities in developing countries. The
TB-HIV course is the third course in this chain.
